Told you. It also helps when you have two extremely photogenic people who are so clearly in love you can feel it.
We started the engagement shoot over at Sleeping Giant State Park and made our way over to the lighthouse shortly after, just in time to capture some amazing photographs of the sun doing its thing. The cloud textures helped create some awesome silhouettes, and we positioned Brooke and Dan between two trees to help frame the shot. They actually had to navigate through the water in order to climb onto the rock in several of those photos, but it was totally worth the swim!
Unfortunately the interior of the lighthouse was closed that day, however we were able to get access a few weeks later. They opened it up just for us and even hit the lights! Huge thanks to the team over at the Lighthouse for hooking it up.
We absolutely cannot wait to celebrate with Brooke and Dan on July 22 at Aria. We will of course be blogging their wedding, so be sure not to miss it!
